Lux Tan & Cryo was established by owner Kirstin Estes in 2013. Kirstin’s journey in the beauty industry began while she was studying at Portland State University, where she worked at a tanning salon. Her passion for the industry grew so strong that, upon graduation, she acquired a salon in Lake Oswego, Oregon, where she had previously worked as a manager. She rebranded the establishment, creating the well-known and beloved brand, Lux Tan & Cryo.
To enhance her expertise, Kirstin attended beauty school and obtained her Esthetics License. She has since diversified her salon’s offerings, introducing various beauty and wellness treatments and expanding to a second location in her hometown of Beaverton, Oregon. As a proud woman-owned and operated business, Kirstin is supported by an exceptional team that assists in running the salons. Kirstin thoroughly enjoys working directly with clients, specializing in services such as Heated Airbrush Tans, EmFace Face-Lifts, HydraFacials, and Cryo T-Shock Body Contouring.
